The 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ first sales phase has now concluded.

No further Ticket Applications can be submitted and no amendments can be made to your Ticket request(s).

All successfully submitted Ticket Applications will be entered into the Random Selection Draw that will take place on the 15th April 2009. All applicants will receive an email communication confirming the outcome of their application (successful, partially successful or unsuccessful) within approximately three (3) days of the completion of the Random Selection Draw process.

The 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ second sales phase commences 4th May 2009 until 16th November 2009.

Match Requests
For seat categories 1, 2, 3 & 4 you can apply for tickets up to a maximum of four tickets per match for up to seven matches. It is not possible to request Tickets for multiple Matches that are being played on the same day.

Team Specific Ticket Requests

A Team Specific Ticket Series enables you to follow the national team of your choice. There are 5 different TST Series. They consist of 3 to 7 matches and you can apply for a maximum of 4 TST Series.
Upon qualification of your team for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™, the number of match tickets included in your TST Series is fixed and guaranteed. If your team is eliminated and your TST Series includes rounds after your team has been eliminated, your TST will remain valid to follow the team that progresses into the next round of the competition.

Venue Specific Ticket Requests

A Venue Specific Ticket or VST is a Ticket that enables you to attend matches played in the specific venue of your choice. VSTs will be sold in series and these series will consist of:

1. Tickets to all the matches that are played in a given venue.

2. Tickets to all the matches that are played in a given venue and access to Tickets for the final match (excluding Rustenburg because the third place match takes place on the same day as the final).

The Ticket allocation process will involve a random selection draw for all Matches and Team Specific Tickets. The random selection draw will take place on 15 April 2009.

All successful applicants will be notified of their success via email within three to five days after the draw.

Following the random selection draw you will have the ability to view the status of your application at any time within your customer account.

Please be aware that multiple applications leading to a violation of the maximum application quantity will be rejected by FIFA.
